The last 3 lines are all at the same time. Yes, the adapters are directly plugged into the PC and the USB port doesn't matter. The headphones aren't the problem either, they work without a problem when connected to my smartphone, so I suggest that my PC is my problem, but I have not a clue how to fix this. The adapter is an EDUP 5.1 adapter and it's the 3rd adapter with this problem, so I don't think that the adapter itself is the source of my problem. Sometimes they disconnect and don't show the error, but are unable to reconnect until I reinstall the adapter or remove the headphones from my device via the Bluetooth settings and connect them again (this can work on the first try or my PC needs about 45 minutes to find my headphones again, during which I constantly have to switch USB ports and reinstall the Bluetooth adapter). In addition to that my headphones sometimes randomly disconnect and then it shows the same error. However, almost every time I turn my PC on the Device Manager shows error 43 for the Bluetooth Adapter. I use Bluetooth headphones (Sony WH-C510) and connect them to my desktop PC with a Bluetooth 5.1 adapter. May be just installing this two software can also work for running your Bluetooth.I have a very weird problem. May be my pc was not detecting software patch of Microsoft Bluetooth Enumerator and Microsoft Bluetooth LE Enumerator. I think any VMware above 7.0 version can work and any Windows OS above Windows XP. ( just google all these file you will easily get or download it from torrent ) And then just installed drivers which I had already downloaded form sony website. I found that in my win 8.1 their was listed tab of Bluetooth. Then installed windows 7 ultimate from VM-ware. ( A virtual OS installer with in your current OS ) I also contacted Sony and they said go to service center and they will delete all your data and install a fresh copy. inf files for Add a Hardware and also tride VAIO Care > Recovery and Maintenance> Reinstall drivers and software. I tried installing new drivers and try to use. Their was no bluetooth toggle switch on/off key. Bluetooth was not even listed in Device Manager ( No special bluetooth list and not even in Network Adapter ). I own a Sony Vaio SVE15128CNB with Windows 8.1 and was having same problem.
